Theta Brain Wave
To support optimum result of treatments I offer, I use music that promotes Theta brain wave during the treatment. When brain is active with full of thoughts, brainwave is Beta which is not restful. While Beta brain waves are important for effective functioning throughout the day, they also can translate into stress, anxiety and restlessness.
